2. Intermediary Status

Kingdom Business Alexis Tala operates as an insurance intermediary acting on behalf of insurance undertakings.

Insurance distribution activities are performed within a multiagency model, in cooperation with the MSM – MultiSaveMoney sp. z o.o. insurance multiagency network.

3. Scope of Insurance Distribution

The intermediary provides insurance distribution services in relation to the following categories of insurance products, including but not limited to:

  • motor insurance,

  • property insurance,

  • life and health insurance,

  • travel insurance,

  • business and professional insurance,

  • other insurance products offered by partner insurers.

4. Independence and Market Analysis

The intermediary:

  • offers insurance products from multiple insurance undertakings,

  • does not provide advice based on an obligation to recommend products from a single insurer,

  • compares available offers based on client needs, information provided, and product availability.

The final selection of an insurance product remains the decision of the client.

5. Remuneration

The intermediary receives remuneration in the form of:

  • commission paid by the insurance undertaking.

The client does not bear additional costs for insurance distribution services, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Complaints and Claims

Clients have the right to submit complaints regarding insurance distribution services.

Complaints may be submitted:

  • in writing,

  • by email,

  • by phone.

Complaints related to insurance coverage or claim settlement should be addressed directly to the relevant insurance undertaking.

7. Supervisory Authority

Insurance distribution activities are subject to supervision by:

8. Register Information

Information on insurance intermediaries is available in the public register maintained in accordance with Polish law.
Details concerning the intermediary’s registration status may be provided upon request.

9. Conflict of Interest

The intermediary undertakes to act honestly, fairly, and professionally in the best interests of the client.
No contractual obligation exists to place insurance with any specific insurer.

10. Client Rights

Clients have the right to:

  • receive clear and reliable information about insurance products,

  • obtain explanations adapted to their level of knowledge and experience,

  • make an informed decision before concluding an insurance contract.
